scotus-labor-votes

The Supreme court voting along party lines in the 5-4 vote. SCOTUS has allowed some home healthcare workers to not pay union fees they are know as; “the partial public employee” who can opt out of joining a union and not be required to contribute union fees (get services for free on the backs of paying members).

This should serve as a wake-up call to remind us how important it is to be an active member, We have heard the warnings before, about being under attack and this is sign that corporations and organizations like the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation will go to great lengths to get rid of unions.

We have been hit but we are not knocked out. Let’s continue to fight for our rights and get our ‘fair share’ co-workers to become members.
